We are a private dropshipping agent in China. Our role is not limited to warehouse storage. We support sourcing coordination, supplier communication, QC, packing, order execution, shipping updates, and after-sales handling. We should not be understood as a generic 3PL or warehouse-only fulfillment center.

02 What should I send before asking for a quote?

The most useful information is your product link or product category, target country, store platform, estimated order volume, current supplier issue, and any packaging or document requirements. The more context you provide, the more accurate our first review can be.

03 Can I contact you if I only have a product idea?

Yes, but a product link, image, sample reference, target market, or competitor product page will make the review more useful. If the product is document-sensitive or regulated, we may ask for more details before confirming support.
