We receive orders through the agreed connection or transfer method and verify key order details and handling requirements before preparation.
RuntoDropship · Private Agent in China
Built for stores with steady orders, multiple SKUs or growing volume. Our China team handles order checks, picking, packing and parcel handoff, with one point of contact for daily fulfillment and order issues.
Share your key SKUs, daily order volume and destination countries.
These everyday execution gaps can create extra customer support, rework and uncertainty around dispatch.
Stock availability, packing materials or missing order details can delay preparation. Your team has to chase updates before answering customers.
A size, color, quantity or insert does not match the order. The mismatch creates rework and may lead to a replacement or refund.
Your store shows a tracking number, but physical handoff is still unconfirmed. Your support team has no reliable dispatch update to give the customer.
A stock issue or change request is acknowledged, but nobody confirms the next action. The order stays on hold while your team follows up.
Dropshipping fulfillment is the operational process that turns a store order into a prepared and dispatched parcel, including stock confirmation, order verification, picking, packing, labeling, warehouse dispatch and fulfillment status updates. RuntoDropship manages this workflow in China and coordinates order exceptions that require clarification or seller approval.

We share available order statuses and tracking information through the agreed workflow, helping your team follow fulfillment progress.
We flag stock shortages, order changes and packing discrepancies, then coordinate the next action with your team when approval is required.

Ready-Stock Dispatch
18:00
China Time (UTC+8)
Applies when stock, order details, packing requirements and applicable release conditions are ready.
The order is being checked and prepared inside the warehouse workflow.
Processing Window Typical 0–24h · ready stock
Prepared parcels leave our warehouse for carrier handoff.

We coordinate fulfillment issues with your team. The next action depends on the order's handling stage and any approval needed.
We confirm which items are affected and the available options. Your team decides whether to wait, approve a substitute or change the order.
We check whether the order can still be changed at its current handling stage. A parcel already handed to the shipping provider may no longer be editable.
We review the reported discrepancy against the order requirements and available handling records to establish what happened.
Share the order reference, affected item and the change or correction requested. Include available photos for an item or packing discrepancy.
We confirm the corrective action and any applicable costs with your team, then follow up on the result. Reshipment arrangements and refund responsibility follow the agreed terms.

Order-management records, warehouse pickup and carrier tracking document three distinct stages of fulfillment.
01 · Order Operations
Our operations system separates review, processing, stock availability and shipment outcomes, showing which orders can proceed and which need follow-up.
02 · Physical Pickup
Prepared parcels are grouped for logistics collection. These photos show warehouse parcel staging and the physical pickup stage before carrier tracking.
03 · Carrier Acceptance
