6. Product Sourcing and Supplier Coordination

RuntoDropship may help you source products from suppliers, compare options, communicate with suppliers, check basic product information, and coordinate samples or production where applicable.

However, product sourcing is affected by supplier conditions, including:

  • Supplier price changes
  • Stock availability
  • Production schedule
  • Minimum order quantity
  • Product batch differences
  • Packaging changes
  • Supplier quality consistency
  • Domestic shipping time
  • Factory holidays or delays

Any product quotation, sourcing result, sample result, estimated lead time, or supplier information is subject to confirmation before final order execution.

RuntoDropship does not guarantee that every product can be sourced, stocked, customized, shipped, or sold legally in every destination country.

If you approve a product, SKU, supplier, sample, specification, packaging, or product claim, you are responsible for ensuring that it matches your store listing and customer-facing promises.

RuntoDropship may help check products operationally, but we do not guarantee that your product listing, advertising claim, or customer-facing description is legally compliant or platform-compliant.

8. Quality Control Support

RuntoDropship may provide quality control support, product checks, packaging checks, quantity checks, sample confirmation, batch checks, photo confirmation, video confirmation, or other verification support depending on the product and service arrangement.

Quality control support is intended to reduce operational risk. It does not mean that every unit will be inspected unless such service is separately agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, RuntoDropship does not guarantee:

  • 100% defect-free products
  • 100% per-unit inspection
  • Unlimited product warranty
  • Complete prevention of supplier defects
  • Complete prevention of shipping damage
  • Complete prevention of customer complaints
  • Product compliance in every market

For high-risk products, fragile products, electronics, beauty products, children’s products, customized products, or regulated products, you should confirm specific inspection standards with us before selling or scaling the product.

9. Pricing, Quotations, and Stock Availability

Prices, shipping fees, supplier costs, packaging costs, private label costs, and service fees may change due to market conditions, supplier changes, exchange rates, carrier changes, product weight, product volume, destination country, fuel surcharge, customs requirements, or other operational factors.

A quotation is not final until confirmed by RuntoDropship.

Stock availability is not guaranteed unless inventory has been purchased, reserved, or confirmed under an agreed arrangement.

If supplier price, stock, shipping fee, or route conditions change before order execution, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to continue, adjust, replace, delay, or cancel the affected order where cancellation is still possible.

10. Payments and Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of RuntoDropship services, including but not limited to:

  • Product cost
  • Sourcing cost
  • Sample cost
  • Domestic shipping cost
  • International shipping cost
  • Packaging cost
  • Private label cost
  • Warehousing or inventory-related cost
  • Service fee
  • Balance recharge
  • Additional handling fee where agreed
  • Return or reshipment cost where applicable

Orders may not be processed until sufficient payment, account balance, or approved payment arrangement is received.

You are responsible for reviewing invoices, order costs, and payment records. If you believe there is a billing error, you must contact us promptly with supporting information.

RuntoDropship may pause order execution, sourcing, shipping, or account services if payment is overdue, disputed, insufficient, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent.

11. Account Balance and Credits

If RuntoDropship provides an account balance, wallet, credit, or prepaid payment system, the balance may be used for approved product costs, shipping costs, packaging costs, service fees, or other agreed charges.

Account balance is not a bank account, stored-value financial account, or investment product.

Refunds, credits, or adjustments may be issued to your account balance where appropriate or agreed.

Unused balance may be subject to review, verification, bank fees, payment provider rules, refund method limitations, or compliance checks before withdrawal or refund.

12. Order Submission and Order Execution

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted order information is accurate before order execution begins.

This includes:

  • Customer name
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Email address where required

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or wrongly mapped order information submitted by you, your team, your store, your app, or your platform integration.

13. Order Changes and Cancellation

You may request an order change or cancellation before the order enters supplier purchasing, preparation, packaging, customization, dispatch preparation, or shipping handoff.

Once order execution has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

An order may not be cancelable if:

  • The product has been purchased from the supplier
  • The product has entered warehouse preparation
  • The product has been packed
  • The shipping label has been created
  • The order has been handed to the carrier
  • The product is customized
  • Private label packaging has started
  • Inventory has been reserved or prepared
  • The supplier does not accept cancellation

If a cancellation is possible, any supplier fee, domestic shipping fee, payment fee, handling fee, packaging fee, customization fee, or other incurred cost may be deducted from the refund or credit.

14. Private Label, Custom Packaging, and Brand Materials

If you request private label products, branded packaging, custom inserts, logo printing, stickers, cards, manuals, or other brand-related materials, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use those materials.

You confirm that your logos, trademarks, designs, images, packaging files, product claims, and brand materials do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

RuntoDropship may refuse to process brand materials, custom packaging, private label requests, or product requests that appear to be counterfeit, infringing, misleading, illegal, unsafe, or high-risk.

Customized products, private label materials, branded packaging, pre-produced materials, and supplier-reserved inventory may not be refundable after production, purchase, or preparation has started.

15. Inventory and Pre-Stock Arrangements

If you ask RuntoDropship to purchase inventory, reserve stock, store products, prepare packaging, or pre-stock products for your store, you are responsible for the agreed inventory cost, storage terms, handling cost, and any supplier-related commitment.

Inventory-related costs may not be refundable once we have paid the supplier, reserved stock, prepared packaging, or committed resources for your business.

If inventory becomes unsellable due to your store performance, platform suspension, advertising issues, product listing changes, product ban, customer demand change, or your decision to stop selling the product, RuntoDropship is not responsible for refunding the inventory cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Shipping and Delivery

RuntoDropship may help coordinate shipping routes, carrier handoff, tracking numbers, and delivery updates.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Estimated shipping times may be affected by:

  • Destination country
  • Shipping method
  • Product type
  • Package weight and volume
  • Carrier capacity
  • Customs inspection
  • Local delivery conditions
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Strikes
  • Remote areas
  • Incorrect address
  • Unpaid customs duty or tax
  • Force majeure events

Tracking numbers may be generated before the package shows carrier movement. Tracking updates may take time depending on the shipping method and carrier system.

RuntoDropship is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, customer refusal, unpaid taxes, incorrect address, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Detailed shipping rules may be provided in our Shipping Policy.

17. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, local handling fees, or destination-country requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you or your customer are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and local clearance charges.

You are responsible for ensuring that your products can be legally imported, sold, marketed, and delivered in the destination country.

  • Defective product
  • Wrong item
  • Missing item
  • Missing accessory
  • Lost package
  • Severe logistics delay
